Julie Page is a fully qualified HR and Training Specialist based in Chelmsford. She provides a comprehensive range of HR related services and solutions for small and medium sized businesses. As your independant in-house advisor she will ensure all aspects of Employment, Training and Health and Safety are managed effectively within your business. If you need to develop your team or recruit new staff she will identify opportunities for you to do this through appropriate 'one to one' or group training and ongoing coaching. Equally, she will help you recruit new staff to enhance the team through effective selection techniques. An outplacement service and career counselling is offered with advice on interview techniques, CV writing and redundancy procedures if reducing your employee headcount is necessary. Her objective is to enable business owners to manage their employees effectively through realistic and fair Contracts of Employment and relevant policies. She will understand your business leaving you free to devote your energy on running it . |
