What sort of data do we collect through this site?

Julie Page HR Ltd collects personal data to help in the services we provide. We collect data about clients (existing and potential) i.e. those Companies looking to outsource their HR and Training Provision to Julie Page as part of their HR Management process.

We also collect data from any candidates who are interested in any jobs advertised by Julie Page HR on behalf of the clients i.e. people submitting their CV in response to an online job vacancy.

The personal data we collect will include information such as your name, address, telephone number(s), e-mail address, nationality, ethnic origin, illness/disability (which affects your work), work and education details and history and, in the case of candidates applying for a vacant job role, any other detail they may provide when they respond to the advertised vacancy.  

How do we use this personal data?

The personal data provided by you is used only in relation to the services we provide. In order for you to be objectively considered for the vacancy against relevant selection criteria, your CV will be forwarded to the relevant client, i.e. your potential future employer.

Do we use personal data for marketing purposes?

We do not use any data for marketing purposes. Where a client (existing or potential) has registered a specific interest in the services we provide, we will contact and/or forward relevant information to the individual enquirer. Additionally, from time to time, we may contact our clients in order to provide information about Julie Page HR Ltd and the services offered. 

Do we share the data collected?

Where appropriate we will pass applicant data, i.e. their CV, to our clients in relation to a specific vacancy. We do not share client data; neither do we share candidate data with other third parties.

How is this data safeguarded?

Access to your personal data is only provided to our work colleagues and clients as described above. We cannot take responsibility for any action a client may take in relation to the candidate data supplied to them by us, subsequent to the specific activity for which it was originally supplied.

Any policy changes, due to business reasons or future changes in legislation will be posted on this page.
