Contracts of Employment

 

Employment Legislation stipulate that employees receive a Contract of Employment within 8 weeks of joining a Company. Ideally, the Contract will be issued before then as it serves as a useful communication tool for you as ‘the employer’ to confirm to ‘the employee’ what was said at interview as regards terms and rules of employment.
After all, who is employing who...?!

Contracts do not have to be full of legal jargon and a timely, costly process.  They can be comprehensive, informative and provide a professional company image to your new employee which will only service to motivate and retain their commitment and enthusiasm for the job role which presumably is why they were originally appointed....!
